Tariff              
At present, our company is defaulted to the DDU customs clearance method. The Canadian tax allowance is 20CAD. If the goods exceed 20CAD, the tariff will be paid by the recipient according to the actual description of the goods.

Caution:
1- For goods declared that exceed 20 CAD, the materials used must be indicated when filling in the declaration, such as plastic toys. Otherwise, the tariff cannot be calculated when delivered, which will lead to delay in cargo transfer.

2- For the goods that have generated customs duties, in order to speed up the customs clearance, our company has already advanced the payment. Therefore, the recipients need to pay the customs postal tariff of +6.5CAD to the Canadian post when signing the receipt. No compensation will be given in the following situations.

1- The package is damaged during transportation. No compensation will be provided. 

2- If the goods are declared lower than its actual value, if there is an infringement of intellectual property rights or the product description is too simple, or, if the customs need to check the item which then causes a delay. These situations are not within the scope of compensation. Our company will assist the sender to provide customs clearance documents. 

3-Our company does not bear the responsibility of compensation for related losses caused by the loss of goods.

2- If the customer has not received the parcel, yet the service provider has marked the item to be successfully delivered, please raise the issue within one month after the delivery. Otherwise, no investigation will be done.  

Operational requirements
Requirements: the declaration must be consistent with the physical object, otherwise the parcel will be deducted and returned. If the customer declares that there is a discrepancy of the product, leading to issues with customs clearance, our company will not bear any responsibilities.
