There two way to place an order.
1- via Shopify
2- Add to cart  ( manual ordering )

Once you get an order from your Shopify store, you will need to purchase the order. 

Go to the Orders page to place the order.

If you do not see your Shopify orders in WeBuyz dashboard, please contact us.

How to place your Shopify orders

You will need to filter the orders from the dropdown list If you are using both Shopify orders and manual orders.

  • Click on Pending Payment tab.
  • Click on Place Order button.
  • You will be directed to the payment page.

  • Select the preferred payment option and add your payment details.

Note: You have just paid for the product cost only, and not the shipping cost. The shipping cost will be determined after the item arrives at our warehouse.

  • You can also process your orders in bulk by clicking Pay All.

Important Note: If you have many orders to process, please consider using Pay All  feature to avoid flagging our PayPal account.

  • After you have successfully paid for the order, you can go to In Processing tab to check the order status.

Note: The processing time takes between 1-5 business day depending on many criteria such as :
1- Seller location.
2- Seller stock availability because sometimes sellers might need to re-stock the item again.
3- Ordering from multiple sellers will also affect the processing time since each seller might live in a different location in China, therefore, the domestic shipping might not catch up at the same time.
 
Please note that the processing time does not include weekend days or public holidays.

Once the order arrives at the warehouse, we will then determine the products real weight since the shipping cost is based on the weight.

  •  Open Ready For Ship tab.

The image below indicates 2 part:
1- Settlement Weight ( your order total weight ).
2- Shipping Cost.

  • Click on Pay Shipping button.
  • You will be directed to the shipping payment page.
  • Select the preferred payment option and add your payment details.
  • After you have successfully paid for the order, you can go to Shipped tab to check your orders status and tracking number.


How to place a manual order ( Add to cart)

Manual ordering process is similar to Shopify orders but instead you will use add to cart function.

Follow these steps to place a manual order.

  • Choose the variant you want and Click Add To Cart button.
  • After you add the product into your cart, click at the cart icon at the top header.
  • Click Add a new address and enter the shipping address you want to ship the order to.
  • After you enter the address, click Next.
  • Choose your payment method.

Please note that we will not consider your PayPal address.

  • After you have successfully paid for the order, you can go to In Processing tab to check the order status.
  • Switch to manual orders from the dropdown list.
  • You can view your orders under In Processing tab.
