How do I create Taobao account ?
To create Taobao account , first you need a phone number to sign up.
You can choose English option but this option is only for registration page and not the entire site.
We also suggest to use Taobao mobile app for easy navigation
Do you support any other platform?
At the moment we only support Shopify platform, however, we are planning to support other platforms in the near future.
How long is the processing time?
The processing time takes 1-5 business day depending on many criteria such as:
1- Seller location.
2- Seller stock availability. sometime sellers might need to re-stock the item again.
3- Ordering from multiple sellers will also affect the processing time since each seller might live in a different location, therefore, the domestic shipping might not catch up at the same time.
Please note that the processing time does not include weekend days or public holidays.
Do you offer customization such as logo printing or special packaging?
We are working on it but at the moment we don't offer such a service.
Meanwhile customization for your parcel like printing logo can also be done by Taobao sellers.
For example this seller offers logo print on parcel.
There is so many sellers who offers this kind of service at very affordable price but we suggest you to not worry about those things if you are just starting out.
How does the parcel look like?
Your customer will never know that their parcels are being shipped from China because we print the local post label before shipping them.

We only accept PayPal at the moment.
Do you support any other marketplace?
WeBuyz App only supports Taobao and Tmall marketplace.

Why I can't change the shipping method?
We only use a one stable shipping method for each country, however, some countries will have defaulted to ePacket shipping method as it's the only option available.
